Daniel Ikuenobe is a governance and transformation strategist working across public systems, private institutions, and development organisations to help leaders deliver complex priorities with clarity and discipline. As the inaugural CEO of Elevate Africa, he leads the organisation’s strategy, governance architecture, and soft-power agenda to strengthen Africa’s global influence.
Daniel is also the Founder and Principal Consultant of ACE Analytix, a strategy and delivery advisory supporting governments and organisations in designing operating systems, aligning leadership, and translating ambitious goals into measurable outcomes.
His previous roles include Southern Africa Regional Director and Malawi Country Director at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where he worked closely with presidential offices and cabinet systems. In Nigeria, Daniel played central roles in establishing the Presidential Delivery Unit, advancing national economic reforms as Senior Special Assistant to the President on ERGP Implementation, and driving civil-service transformation as Transformation Director for Edo State.
Earlier in his career, he consulted with the Palladium Group, contributed to Nigeria’s ERGP Transformation Labs, and served in leadership roles across national technical committees and state management teams.
Daniel previously served as Chairman of the Edo State Economic Management Team and later as Transformation Director for the State Civil Service Transformation and Enhancement Programme.
Daniel serves on several boards and co-founded the LeadOak Women and Children Foundation. Known as an architect of systems, binder of coalitions, and catalyst for execution, he champions Africa-centred approaches to leadership, governance, and transformation.
