Dr. Megor Ikuenobe is an international development and systems-strengthening specialist with a cross-sector portfolio spanning health, education, early childhood development (ECD), gender, and social protection. Trained as a medical doctor, she brings a rare blend of technical depth, analytical rigour, and contextual understanding to complex human capital and institutional challenges.
She has advised governments, public sector institutions, and development partners in Africa, supporting strategy design, program implementation, organisational development, and capability building.
As Co-Founder of ACE Analytix, Dr. Megor co-leads the firm’s strategy, technical direction, and people-centred consulting culture. Her work is grounded in a commitment to building systems that deliver sustainable results, strengthening institutions, improving service delivery, and enabling outcomes that transform the lives of women, children, and communities.
