Advice that ends at the recommendation puts all the risk on the client and none on the adviser. We think that model is part of why so much good strategy never lands.
Staying through delivery changes the incentives. When you are accountable for the result, you design differently — for what can actually be implemented, by real teams, under real constraints.
It is harder, slower, and more demanding. It is also the only honest way to be judged by outcomes rather than intentions.
